On Saturday, March 14, the CityUHK MBA and Global EMBA Programme Office hosted its first regional alumni event of the year in Shenzhen. The evening brought together a distinguished group of leaders, innovators, and mentors to celebrate the enduring strength of our alumni network.
Increasing the Value of Your Network
The event commenced with an inspiring opening speech by our Dean, who reiterated the school's dedication to its graduates. "It is our responsibility to maintain and increase the value of the MBA and EMBA programmes for our alumni," the Dean remarked. "We do this by creating meaningful spaces for connection, where the exchange of ideas and the forging of new partnerships can flourish long after graduation."
The mixer provided exactly that—a sophisticated yet warm environment for alumni to catch up on recent successes and share perspectives on the evolving business landscape of the Greater Bay Area.
Looking Ahead: The Hong Kong Social
For those who were unable to join us in Shenzhen, the journey doesn't end here. We are thrilled to announce that our next stop is Hong Kong on March 28.
This upcoming social will be a combined gathering for MBA and Global EMBA alumni, coinciding with our Taught Master's Open House. It is another opportunity to tap into our most elite ecosystem and stay connected with the pulse of the CityUHK community.
Registration for the Hong Kong event is now open, but with an 80-pax limit, spots are filling quickly.
