  Scholarship for Working Professionals
Eligibility
  • Local applicants pursuing part-time MBA with a bachelor’s degree with one of the following criteria:
    • (1) at least a 2nd class honours and a reasonable amount of work experience OR
    • (2) a recommendation letter from the corporation (i.e. your current employer) which is a member of HKGCC (Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce)
The Award
  • Applicants with a decent academic background will typically receive an amount of up to HK$50,000
  • The actual amount awarded varies depending on the applicant’s qualifications

Remarks:

  • The Admission Panel will consider the applications with the recommendation letter issued from non-HKGCC member companies on a case-by-case basis.
  • All scholarships are by nomination.  No application is required.
  • All scholarships are not mutually exclusive.  Students can receive multiple awards on a competitive and merit basis.

Financial Assistance for Local Participants

Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme
All participants are eligible to apply for the Government Extended Non-means-tested Loan. The maximum loan amount will be capped at the tuition fee level. Continuing Education Fund (CEF)
CityU MBA is a reimbursable programme under the CEF scheme, which provides a maximum of HK$25,000 in reimbursement to students who fulfil the criteria.
