South China Group (SCG), an enterprise invests across sectors in Asia has visited CityU campus in May 2014 to introduce its Management trainee programme, which is specially designed for young and energetic graduates. Participants are pleased to learn about the programme from SCG HR Executives and how trainees being rotated in different business functions. CityU MBA Alumni 2012 Mr Victor Chen and Mr Sherman Xue have shared with participants their real life work experience as trainees in the past two years. Victor and Sherman both have undertaken several missions which enable them to discover SCG business and various fields of expertise that they may be of interest to explore further. Victor has emphasized that the tailor made development track offered by SCG is indeed an excellent head start for career.
