CityUHK MBA Programme has been ranked 45th in the QS International Trade Rankings 2025, 5th in Asia and 2nd in Hong Kong.

City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) and Hang Seng Bank (Hang Seng) announced a new collaboration on the “Hang Seng x CityUHK HK Tech 300 Innovation Programme” during the Collaborative Agreement Signing Ceremony on 26 November. As the first banking sector partner of CityUHK HK Tech 300, Hang Seng and CityUHK are thrilled to jointly offer a specially designed course on sustainable finance, equipping MBA students with the knowledge and skills to drive sustainable practices.

CityUHK MBA recently hosted an engaging Masterclass and Info Session in Beijing. We were honoured to have Prof. Chak-fu Lam, MBA Programme Director, deliver an insightful masterclass titled “Practicing Effective Leadership for Change in a Rapidly Changing World”. The event was moderated by Ms. Jasmine Lu, Assistant Director of MBA and EMBA Chinese Programmes. Additionally, four distinguished alumni also joined us to share their inspiring MBA journeys, providing valuable perspectives on their experiences.

The CityUHK MBA Student Orientation was held on 31 August and 1 September 2024, marking the beginning of the academic journey for the new cohort of MBA students.

The CityUHK MBA hosted a Sustainability Symposium titled "Adapting to the Changing Financial Terrain" on 29 June 2024 to explore the role of innovation in promoting a sustainable financial landscape. Over 60 participants, including prospective and current students, alumni, and industry professionals, attended the symposium. The symposium featured several speakers who provided various perspectives on sustainability in the financial sector.

Around 30 CityU MBA students visited Shanghai for a 10-day Enterprise Diagnostic Residential Trip (R-trip) from 16 to 25 June 2024, working as a consultancy group for Buy Quickly (BQ) project.

After a year of hard work and dedication, the CityUHK Commencement on June 13th celebrated the academic accomplishments of MBA graduates in 2024 with their loved ones, family, and friends, marking the successful completion of their MBA journey.
