Joy of giving and sharing love is what Christmas is all about! 16 children from Prince Centre (Supportive Learning Project) of Heep Hong Society have joined a Christmas event: “Access to MBA” at CityU organized by the MBA Community Service Club on December 20th 2014. Members of the MBA Community Club started the event by taking the children for a campus tour. MBA Programme Director Prof Kevin Chiang then gave an opening remark to the group welcoming them to our facilities. On the same occasion, DBA Learning Partner Mr Anthony Lam shared with them the process of how rice, our staple food grain, was grown from seeds. He also introduced different kinds of rice and different stages of rice kernel with samples shown to the children. Farmers work very hard to grow rice for us so remember not waste it, said Anthony to conclude his presentation. The talk was well-received by the children who all found the event interesting and informative. All children then met up with their parents for a BBQ gathering at CityU in the evening.

The Programme Management Team is delighted to see our MBA learning partners putting a smile on the faces of children and serving the community with love in this special season. May the miracle of Christmas fill your heart with warmth and love!!!
