The MBA Enterprise Diagnostic Residential Trip (R-trip) was smoothly held during the period of 21- 30 June 2015 with the CSI in Shanghai, China. This year, a total of 22 participants from CityU and 5 participants from Indiana University together with 6 supervisors joined hands to look into the topics on strategic planning, domestic and international marketing, innovation and KPI for the company. While CSI has contributed much in providing lots of information to our participants, our participants in return also worked hard in the past 10 days to make useful analysis and recommendations to the company. We appreciate this learning experience and would like to take this opportunity to thank both CSI and our participants for their contribution in the trip to make it a successful one.
