Organized by the CityU MBA Alumni Association (MBAAA), our honorable guest speaker Mr Gordon Chin (錢國棟) delivered a talk on the topic: "The theory of operating a “FUN” Business – Same kind of entertainment, different kind of future" with our students and alumni in the morning of 15 October 2016 (Sat) at CityU. Mr Chin shared with us the transformation of his childhood interests to a successful career and how he became a toy designer and an entrepreneur in the animation business.
Deeply affected by his father who named him “國棟 - 國家的棟樑之才” ( 國棟means the pillars and the future of the country in Chinese), he always works with positive energy to enhance the brand of M&C and produces high-quality animation and advances Chinese animations to the international stage. During the talk, Mr Chin also played the newly developed soccer game with the audience which brought so much fun to the event. Mr Chin is now the CEO & Director of Puzzle Animation Studio Ltd, CEO & Chief Toy Designer of M&C Toy Centre Ltd., and CEO of Asia Animation Ltd.
