CityUHK MBA recently hosted an engaging Masterclass and Info Session in Beijing. We were honoured to have Prof. Chak-fu Lam, MBA Programme Director, deliver an insightful masterclass titled “Practicing Effective Leadership for Change in a Rapidly Changing World”. The event was moderated by Ms. Jasmine Lu, Assistant Director of MBA and EMBA Chinese Programmes. Additionally, four distinguished alumni also joined us to share their inspiring MBA journeys, providing valuable perspectives on their experiences.
During the masterclass, Prof. Lam introduced a change leadership framework that highlights the importance of effective leadership and the cultivation of positive organisational cultures. Participants learned practical strategies to foster a supportive environment that drives positive organisational change and enhances team dynamics.
Following the masterclass, Prof. Lam provided a comprehensive overview of our MBA programme, showcasing its exceptional teaching quality, international learning environment, and extensive industry collaborations.
