Mr Armstrong Lee, Director of Worldwide Consulting Group Company Ltd was invited to share with our students and alumni “The Road to Becoming a CEO” at the MBA Professional Forum held on 21 November.
There are four major considerations contribute to the road of becoming a CEO and these include, ability and attitude, industry versus job function, competition and China factor, said Mr Lee. Work hard, work smart, discover your talent in relevant job function, think big and be competitive are the qualities a potential CEO needs to acquire. Mr Lee has emphasized that all CEOs are hard workers and each of them all put in lots of hours and effort to get the job done as it takes skills and ability to see a business evolve where nothing existed beforehand. Although there are many other qualities which a CEO must have in order to succeed, Mr Lee’ experience sharing has brought to our MBA students and alumni the key factors of becoming a successful leader.
