Terms and Conditions

The project team should be formed with 2 to 6 members.

Participants should be higher education students in the GBA region, including those pursuing diplomas, associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, or PHDs in any discipline at universities, colleges, polytechnics, or vocational institutes.

An individual can only participate in one team. Each team can only submit one business plan for one theme (i.e., Quality of Life and Healthcare, Sustainable Technology, Supply Chain Management & Energy) only.

The Competition is open to legal residents of their respective countries, where not prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry prior to the beginning of the Competition period. If you are under 18 years old, confirmation from a legal guardian that you agree to the Competition rules is required.

The Organizer has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Teams can only consist of eligible individual entrants.

The Organizer has sole discretion to accept or reject any application.

This Competition is governed by these official details & rules. By participating in the Competition, each participant agrees to accept these rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the Competition, as determined by The Organiser are final in all respects. The Competition is subject to the Laws of Hong Kong and is void where prohibited by law.
