Prof. Alvin Leung, an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Systems, City University of Hong Kong, specializes in the nexus of Information Systems and Finance. His research on IT business value, business analytics, and information security enriches his teaching, aiming to integrate cutting-edge technologies and business strategies in education. As an Associate Editor for Decision Support Systems and the Communications of the AIS, Prof. Leung contributes significantly to the academic community, guiding future professionals in leveraging technology for business success.

Eric Byron has a rich history in IT leadership, with over 25 years of experience including significant roles at Disney and Electronic Arts. He is a co-founder of the EdTech startup Xccelerate in Hong Kong and currently partners with Ameyethon to assist startups. Eric specializes in creating learning games and interactive content for adult technical education, besides offering services as a freelance agile coach and IT consultant. Notably, his career began in an entirely different arena—as a professional juggler and entertainer, a skill he continues to master today. Eric's journey reflects a blend of creative talent and technological expertise, making him a dynamic force in the intersection of education and technology.

Tommie Lo is the founder and CEO of Preface, an A.I.-powered tech-enabling company dedicated to delivering customized education solutions. Under his leadership, Preface has expanded globally, earning the EdTechX Global Award as the first Asian company to do so. With a strong background in Data Science, A.I., Full Stack Web Development, and Machine Learning, Tommie has taught at prestigious institutions and corporations worldwide. His innovative work in education has received numerous accolades, highlighting his role as a transformative figure in tech-enabled learning environments.

Prof. Cecilia Chan is a distinguished Professor in the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), where she also directs the Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Ireland, her unique dual cultural background and expertise in both engineering and education have positioned her as a leading figure in enhancing science and engineering education as well as advancing teaching and learning methodologies in higher education globally. Prof. Chan's work, particularly in the realms of assessment, experiential learning, technology-enhanced learning, and the integration of artificial intelligence in education, is internationally recognized, making her a sought-after keynote and panel speaker across continents. She has developed innovative frameworks for integrating competencies into university curricula and assessing these competencies, contributing significantly to the education sector in Asia and beyond. Holding a PhD in Engineering from Trinity College, and as a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Prof. Chan's contributions to the field have been honored with the University of Hong Kong’s Young Outstanding Researcher Award. As the Chair for the Engineering Education Community in Hong Kong and Founding President of the ASIA Engineering Education Network (AsiaSEE), her work encompasses over 40 research projects worldwide, underlining her profound impact on engineering and higher education.

Prof. Andy Chun is recognized as the "father of AI" in Hong Kong, with over three decades of pioneering work in applying artificial intelligence to transform industries including aviation, transportation, and public services. His achievements include deploying Hong Kong's first commercial AI system at Kai Tak Airport and developing the world's first Java constraint programming engine, now integral to IBM’s Decision Optimization suite. As the Regional Director of Technology Innovation at Prudential plc, Chun drove significant digital innovation efforts. His work has earned him prestigious accolades such as the Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders and HK CIO of the Year. A Distinguished Fellow of the HK Computer Society, Chun’s contributions to AI have been globally recognized, including awards from the Association for the Advancement of AI. An honorary Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong, where he also served as Chief Information Officer, Chun has played a critical role in using technology to foster innovative thinking. Holding a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Chun’s career is distinguished by his commitment to leveraging AI for societal benefit.
